Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Dynamic FieldKit, our website, free plugin version, Pro features, downloads, licenses, and support services. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Dynamic FieldKit, you agree to these Terms.
Product description
Dynamic FieldKit is a WordPress plugin created to help users build and manage dynamic content structures inside WordPress. Depending on the version you use, features may include dynamic fields, field groups, repeaters, static HTML sections, header and footer templates, post grid fields, menu profiles, and related template functionality. Some features may be available only in the Pro version.
Free version
The free version of Dynamic FieldKit may be used without purchasing a paid license. Free features may change over time as the plugin improves. We may add, remove, adjust, or improve free features when needed for product quality, compatibility, security, or business reasons.
Pro version and licensing
Pro features require an active paid license. A license gives you access to premium features, updates, and support according to the plan you purchased. Your license may be valid for a specific number of websites, a specific subscription period, or a specific plan type. License details are shown at the time of purchase. You may not share, resell, distribute, or publish your license key.
Payments, renewals, and subscriptions
Payments, subscriptions, renewals, and license management may be handled through Freemius or other authorized third-party providers. If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Renewal terms, pricing, and billing details are shown during checkout.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the refund policy shown at checkout or on our website at the time of purchase. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at dinamicfieldkit@gmail.com with your purchase details.
Plugin updates
We may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, improve security, or maintain compatibility with WordPress, PHP, themes, and other plugins. You are responsible for testing updates on your own website, especially before using them on a live production website. We strongly recommend keeping backups before installing or updating any plugin.
Website compatibility
Dynamic FieldKit is designed to work with WordPress, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting setup, custom codebase, page builder, or WordPress configuration. Some issues may be caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting restrictions, caching systems, custom code, or outdated software.
User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Installing the plugin correctly
- Testing changes before applying them to a live website
- Keeping your website backed up
- Keeping WordPress, themes, and plugins updated
- Using the plugin according to WordPress best practices
- Ensuring your website content follows applicable laws
We are not responsible for data loss, website errors, downtime, broken layouts, or business losses caused by incorrect use, conflicts, hosting issues, or lack of backups.
Support
Support may be provided through email or other official support channels. Support usually covers plugin-related questions, bug reports, license issues, and general usage help. Support does not guarantee custom development, full website debugging, third-party plugin fixes, theme customization, or server-level troubleshooting. Pro users may receive priority support depending on the plan purchased.

You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the Pro version without permission
- Share license keys publicly
- Modify the plugin to bypass licensing
